All products are released in limited quantities. Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked. Product colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
3. ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or pricing errors.
4. PRICING
All prices are displayed in the selected currency. SETTINGZ may change prices at any time without notice.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, images, logos, and content belong to SETTINGZ and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
6. LIABILITY
SETTINGZ is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
SETTINGZ SHIPPING & RETURNS
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1â3 business days after payment is confirmed.
DELIVERY TIMES
Ghana: 1â4 business days
International: 5â14 business days depending on location.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Customers are responsible for import taxes and duties. SETTINGZ is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 7 days if items are unworn and in original condition.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sale items and worn items cannot be returned.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 5â10 business days after inspection.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
