ORDER PROCESSING
All orders from SETTINGZ are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-demand drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

DELIVERY TIMES
Ghana: 1–4 business days
International: 5–14 business days depending on location and customs

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs charges required by their country.

SETTINGZ is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sale items, limited drop items, and any items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

HOW TO RETURN
Contact SETTINGZ with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.

REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
